Cf. also the Russian вкусный 'tasty', frequently used to describe non-edible phenomena: вкусная книга (lit. 'a tasty book'), вкусно написано (lit. 'tastily written') etc. This use of вкусный is, however, recent, limited to certain cultural phenomena and often viewed as a style mistake or a vulgarism.
